You understand that if you request the information of any other individual besides yourself, you may be subject to severe penalties under applicable federal and state law. njpaip.com agrees that it will not sell or disclose the information requested below for any purpose except to access the records you have recanted, and except as required by state or federal law.
2. Information Source and Accuracy The ultimate source of the information provided on this website is various state agencies and service bureaus. Indemnification By submitting a request to njpaip.com, you agree that you will indemnify and hold harmless njpaip.com, its affiliated companies and their officers, directors, employees and shareholders from any and all damages as well as any and all fines, penalties or any other liabilities imposed by local, state or federal laws or regulations or claimed by any third party, including attorneys fees, which result from or arise out of your giving njpaip.com data or information, or your use of the information reports and services which are provided on this website.
4. Service Agreement I agree to abide by all applicable local, state and federal laws with regard to the report(s) I am ordering today and will not share this information with any third parties or display it a publicly. If I am ordering it for insurance purposes, then I declare under the strict penalty of the laws that I am a licensed insurance agent and under the FCRA and DPPA and GBLA and any other government mandated statutes and provisions under federal, state, or local laws that I am authorized in doing so. Under Section 621 (a) (2) (A) of the FCRA - any person that violates any of the provisions of the FCRA maybe liable for a civil penalty of not more than a two year jail sentence and $2,500 per violation.
We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or incorrect data received on a driving record or for a particular use or purpose, title, non-infringement or any other warranty, condition, guarantee, or representation, orally, in writing or in electronic form, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information contained herein or provided by our site.
I understand that all information is compiled from the actual NJ MVC records obtained from state offices and should be 100% complete or accurate.
